$50 full series. Full series attendance required as class concepts build on one another. Sorry, we do not offer make-up classes for this series. This series fills to capacity, please register early to reserve your spot. Registration is not complete until full payment is received.
Welcome to yoga! Are you wondering what yoga is all about? Are you a bit unsure if yoga will work out for you? This 4-week Intro Series is a wonderful place to begin. In this series, students will safely and slowly learn proper alignment as well as modifications for injuries, areas of discomfort and moments when you need different options to suit you best. This series offers instruction focused on alignment, back care and establishing a strong foundation for postures and incorporates instruction on movement and flow. Students will increase strength, balance and flexibility and questions are always welcome. Students will also learn basic yoga philosophy, breath practices and meditation techniques to help foster calm, relaxation and self-awareness. This series will prepare students for Beginner and Level 1 classes.
